We have many projects planned for the New Year and projects into which we must make a contribution, such as the Neighbourhood Plan.
We will be using the opportunity of the Meeting to create a proper Membership system for the Group, from whom we would expect to draw our Executive Committee and Project Leaders. Equally, we need to identify our Associates and Supporters and confirm with them that we may keep their personal details on our computer systems and email lists.
The formal part of the Meeting should not take too long. However we need to present and have our Annual Accounts approved and to elect the main officers for the coming year such as Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. There are also other roles that we need fill such as Membership Secretary, Publicity and Project Leaders. Finally we need to make arrangements for next Committee Meeting.
A formal Agenda will also be published nearer to the date.
After the meeting we hope and intend to make time for a discussion and for light refreshments, consisting of tea, coffee, biscuits and similar.
